Activation & Meditation
This meditation was given when I
asked Jeshua to come and show me how he did the healing he did.
This meditation will enable the body to expand its light holding capacity for “en-lightenment” and for
self-healing.
It is a profound and powerful experience.
You will befit from using it regularly.
I waited for him in a walled garden. He walked up to me, raised his hand and walked into me. [The first time he ever did that I was really surprised!
It's happened a few times in meditation now]
I looked down at my body, now dressed in his robe. We shared the same body. He directed me to look at a large tree, not far distant. It was the Tree of
Life.
He directed me to look into the tree, at it’s shadow double if you like. It was a very apparent
veil of light, like an aura, just behind the tree itself, but still among it
hanging just behind the solid reality. The whole effect was like a sparking mist among the
tree.
We went into the mist. Immediately it was as if we were among a galaxy of
stars. We chose a single star, at random, and moved into that star.
Another galaxy opened around us – another deeper world of
stars.
When I felt ready we repeated the process, moving to another layer even deeper in the field. We repeated it again. And
again. After a number of levels (not all that very many) I felt the intensity of light very strongly in my body. I knew I’d gone far enough to be wisely comfortable, and paused there holding still in the light.
[Do this for a long as you are comfortable. NB If you go deeper into the levels than is safely “stretched” – you
may fall out of the meditation & back into the room.]
I then saw someone who would benefit form healing, sitting in a
chair. The stars began streaming in as lines of light through the top of his head, like many bolts of lightening all coming into one point. The light concentrated where healing was most required. This continued for a few minutes, then
his whole body filled up light until it overflowed into full
radiance.
Then I was back in the garden in my own body again, looking at the tree and
Jeshua was gone.
The second time I used this technique was during a short group healing meditation. So much light built up in my body that I could not speak or move. Then it was as if every pore in my body “popped” and I could feel light pouring out of them.
Some of those present were aware of this happening at the time and have had also had the same experience since during this meditation. It is extremely powerful when shared in a group.
Now in using the technique I stream many many layers deep into the matrix before resting at
my point of optimum concentration of Light. The more you do this, the
stronger you will become in it.
