Densities
Densities feel like lifetimes or
experiences in other
realms. They often feel mythic in subject or proportion. They contribute
to the basic underlying issues that surface and get played out over and
our in our lives. They are like foundational themes that colour our whole
experience of life and the conditions of our existence. Whether we
loved or loathed an experience is irrelevant: we base underlying core
beliefs, attitudes, reactions and perceptions around it and the results here
are not beneficial.
When the energy held in a “density” is released, we experience a
profound experiential shift. This intense “before and after”
realisation opens us to a whole new sense of freedom and of self
actualisation.
Densities are like “other realms”
Densities are realms of paradox, contradiction, conundrum,
and fixity where there is no choice and no change. They seem like other
worlds, or universes. When you first attune to them they can feel like
lifetimes or creations that came long before this one. But as linear time
is simply a useful framework we created so that we can make sense of our
experience here, and there is really no time when we move outside our
sequential event construct, they are “out of time”. They are constantly
ongoing, past, present and future – like a movie on a time loop. They can
be a simple stasis situation that we are
stuck in and constantly experiencing, or they can hold an involved story.
For me they are like watching a short film unfold, and as I "tell story"
the information and the energy is freed completely and integrated. This
provides the profound feeling of "healing".
The issues created in
densities are unresolvable in that realm.
Densities are experiential realms in which we have a fixed
experience in which there is no change and no choice. The central theme
plays out constantly, or over and over. [Like Sisyphus having to roll the
rock up the hill for all eternity]. The experience is always eternal and
extreme, whether torturous or sublime, often archetypal or mythological
and can involve excruciating, unresolvable conundrum and paradoxes.
Densities describe “subliminal issues” in our lives. They
provide the negative foundations, the cornerstones, we build our lives on.
We actually do peripherally realise that we act out of the underlying
belief system they create, but are so identified with it that we can’t
“see” it. We resist the knowing as it’s too painful to be confronted by
our entrapment in the unredeemable and irresolvable. We don’t question the
“density assumptions” that we run, so they form locked in core energy
patterns. They can affect us mentally, emotionally or physically and
clearing them helps us to :heal" and to change. We can only diffuse them
by becoming conscious of them.
The energy “trapped” in the densities feeds and colours our
whole experience here. They appear to underlie many of our most stubborn
issues, as if our lives are “templated” on the experiences we are
having there. [Remember if there’s actually no time, then all
experience is concurrent. This experience is only the centre of all the
others. Experiences outside of this HERE & NOW only exist to inform this
one, which itself is actually "not real" either! That's another paradox
for you to come to terms with!] A density experience provides a THEME for
a lifetime, and we tap into many densities as we construct our lives and
belief systems. We are to all intents and purposes trapped in them
energetically. We play them out – over and over.
The situations are often extremely bizarre, or very mundane
and ‘unusual’ at the same time. The things that happen there are not
possible here in this reality. What happens in the densities is absolutely
impossible here: the stories are like amazing, myths and absurd fairy
tales. If not for these and other “reality” and time based mismatches,
could sometimes be taken for snippets from ‘past’ lives, but they feel
different.
The densities may seem to be of a “higher” or ”lower”
order, although most are uncomfortable to say the least, but I don’t
believe this to be a very useful description as it suggests that some
densities may be more intrinsically beneficial or “better” than others.
They all just “are”, and are perhaps necessary to us so that we can have
various basic experiences from which to choose as we create our experience
in this realm of apparent freewill* [see
Actualised Free Will]. Our experience NOW in this 3D
universe, the universe of manipulable matter, is the pinnacle of all our
experiences, and is apparently contributed to, and shaped by, our
experiences in other realms, dimensions and lifetimes.
We have been able to access and clear energies held deep in
our bodies and emotional fields for some time now, whether we remember the
experiences first hand or they are accessed and cleared with the help or
intercession of ‘healers'
"Healer" is term we use to
describe those who have access to the appropriate vibrational resonances
to assist us in the integration of resisted memories and experiences. [If
you've invented a term more appropriate than "facilitator", please share
it!] Obviously, the stuff that feels good we mostly accept and integrate
easily; it’s the stuff we resist, deny & repress that “solidifies”.
As our individual and collective vibration rises we seem to
be going deeper into the matrix of our experience to resolve our issues
faster and more effectively. Every time we integrate or “undo” a density
experience, we clear many layers of our illusory constructed realities and
their emotional belief base.
I feel that we have chosen to have
density experiences in part to learn how negativity can be consciously
redeemed in the human experience; and that we bring the underlying energy
of them through into our lives here in order to learn further, and to
resolve the negativity that arises from our experience of them. The
redemption of any negativity leads to the expansion of joy, and learning
to expand joy through this interplay of contrasting
experiences seems to be a major theme at least at this level in
this Universe.
The
densities seem to have only begun to be
accessible to us fairly recently, as a result of the rising vibration on
the planet. We are coming into conscious awareness of more and more that
was previously hidden "behind the veils", as we progressively integrate
our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies to a single "lighter"
one. It is time we all let it all go!
I have not yet heard of or met anyone else who is working in this field,
so If you know of anyone I would be delighted with an introduction!
Examples of "Density" Stories
I tune in to a density when I'm
guided that there is a density experience to be released, and I begin to
receive information and impressions.
Often the stories have no apparent
connection to what people say they have come to see me for, but after the
telling they say that they feel like the lights have finally been turned
on for them, and that this has been a telling of the story of their life,
metaphorically speaking. That the density story makes absolute, perfect
sense to them in light of their life experience, behaviour and patterns.
People are often tearful as they hear their story and claim the
energy as their own, finally releasing the trauma of having been bound in
it it all their lives. In every case the telling releases the energy
completely!
These are just a few examples of the many bizarre and extraordinary tales
I have connected with over the past year or so.
1. Curling Fingers
A friend asked if I could
clear the energy that was making her fingers curl up into her palm,
turning her right hand slowly into a closed fist. The condition was rare
and untreatable except by cutting the tendons.
The
vision
She was in another reality. She had
a dagger in her right hand. She cut her heart out with it! Then she took
the heart to her lover and gave it to him! She lived on without her heart,
alone...forever and ever...
My friend gasped as I spoke of the knife in her hand. Afterwards she
told me that she knew before I said so, that she had used the knife to cut
her own heart out! She even felt herself doing it. She related strongly to
the telling and said that this energy was still being played out in her
relationships and her feeling of being essentially "heartless", as well as
in the condition in her fingers.
2. The Lake
The young woman was lost in a
forest. It was absolutely forbidden - taboo - for her people to venture
into the forest, and she knew she was in deep trouble. It was dense and
dark. She was standing in a clearing. She had bare feet. She was
surrounded on all sides by big flat bugs, seething around like giant
cockroaches, but shaped more like big flat beetles. She knew she had to
walk out of the forest or die where she was. She had no choice. There was
nowhere clear of the creatures for her to put her feet. They made a solid
carpet all around her. As she stepped she couldn't help but tread on them.
As she stood on them they squished and splattered thick yellow goop all
over her lower legs. She ran in horror and as she ran she trod on
many of them, killing them as she went. By the time she got free of the
woods, her lower legs were covered in thick yellow gunk the colour
of the stamens of canna lilies. And like the lily pollen the stuff stung
and burned
She was in agony when she finally found her
way out and got back to her village. The people took one look and knew
what had happened. They were horrified and very upset. They immediately
took her to a lake and left her there.
She began to feel worse and worse and very
weird indeed. Something was terribly wrong! Her skin burned and she hurt
all over and she realised she was changing form. Agonisingly, a horn grew
out of her forehead. She was shape shifting; becoming a unicorn! She
thrashed about trying to find relief from the pain. She threw herself into
the lake in agony. She sunk to the bottom. She could breathe there, but
she was also trapped there at the bottom of the lake, forever.
She gazed longingly up at the sky, at the world she was
banished from. She missed the warmth of the sun, and the freshness of the
breeze, and the colours of the flowers and trees. She missed the freedom
and the variety; she missed her people and her village; she missed her
life. Oh how she wanted it back.
Sometimes people came to the lake to drink and collect water and they
looked into the depths and didn't acknowledge her, as if she was dead to
them. She could see them, but never again could she be one of them. She
had transgressed, broken the rules. She was outcast, alone, a monster
destined forever to gaze at the world she came from: the world above the
water that she could never be part of again .
This woman was still playing out this
story in her life. She felt stuck, alienated, lost, abandoned, wronged,
ostracised, and at fault; somehow monstrous, like a changeling: not quite
human. She felt like an onlooker in life and was always terrified of being
found out and somehow banished. She always followed the rules and was
bound up in doing "the right thing" and concerned about what people
thought of her. She also had a phobia of bugs and hated unicorns!
After the telling, she felt freed from
all that for the first time in her life.
3. The chosen one
She was young
and beautiful and very bright. She was the best in the land. She was
chosen by her people to be their princess. To be the one who was honoured
and loved and adored and paid homage to. It was a service that had to be
done. She had no choice. If she refused she would be killed.
Every day
thousands of people filed past, adoring her and paying tribute. She got
very bored very quickly. She could neither speak, nor eat, nor drink; she
could only stand there, frozen in place, eyes open, gazing at the passers
by. She was literally frozen as a statue. She had been completely
encased at the centre of a small a glass mountain. She was embedded in the
glass, ageless and on show forever. Or until she willed herself to
death. Then another would be chosen to replace her.
She put up with it for a long time, fearing to die. Eventually she could
stand it no longer and she left her body...
This woman
had felt very unhappy and very stuck. She still felt trapped by the people
who loved her and the circumstances of her life, and unable to do anything
to change it. She felt destined to serve them without rest. She felt
powerless to change her circumstances and sometimes thought she might just
die of it. That death would be her only escape.
4. The
swimmer
She was in the
sea swimming toward an island. She swam and swam but the tide was against
her and she could not make any headway. Always the island stayed the same
distance in front of her. She looked back at where she had come from. It
was the same distance as the island. If she went back she'd die. If she
kept swimming she'd die. If she stopped swimming she'd die.
There were other islands she hadn't noticed...
She was
till swimming in this life.... she hadn't looked around to see the other
islands; to realise that she could simply swim with the tide to a
different island and rest, then swim to the next, then to the next, and so
on, till she came to one she wanted to stay on!
5. The
rocks
She was on a
flat expanse, like a desert. It was a white expanse. The only visible
things as far as the eye could see were smooth, round rocks sticking up
like small islands. She was standing on one of them. The rocks were all
the same. The view was uninspiring. She was tired and hungry and bored.
Very bored. She was standing on the rock "to make a difference". It was
like a job, a role she'd been given. It was her job to stand there "to
make a difference"... it was tradition; it came from a belief that doing
it would make a difference. To what was lost in the mists of time...
She was still
doing it... she hadn't realised that the only thing that would actually
make a difference was to get off it!
6. The
mother and his lover [to be continued...]
