·         not feeling overwhelmed

·         not trying to make them feel better

·         not feeling pressured to put others needs before your own

·         feels heartful, not gutted

·         feels empowered and energised around others

·         feels more stable, loving, allowing, self-accepting, safe, empowered, clear, happy, spontaneous, fun, creative,  alive...

·         feels more SELFful
 

Self Clearing is vital

·         using the tools offered

·         taking charge of your own process

·         become better at letting go of your stuff

·         owning & clearing your emotions and feelings as they arise

·         letting old, no longer beneficial stuff go

Discernment is necessary
